I/we have read the nursery terms and conditions and fully understand that the fees we Are committed to paying are due and payable for 38 weeks (Term Times) of the year.

Fees are payable even if my child is unable to attend the nursery through illness, holidays or for any other reason. I/we understand that I/we must give a full two weeks notice in writing to alter/terminate this contract, and I/we understand that two weeks fees are Payable for this period. (this allows the nursery to offer the place to another child on its waiting list)

I/we also understand that if we do not provide the necessary notice, I/we Shall be liable to pay a full two weeks fees in lieu of notice.

I/we also understand that if the nursery has to take legal proceedings to recover Arrears I/we are liable for those costs to be added to the outstanding amount.
